Thematic Lens was created in 2024. One day I was going through over 10 sets of user interview notes and transcripts and I knew there had to be a better way. Even uploading lots of sets of documents to ChatGPT didn’t quite cut it so I created this tool. Lots of people now use this website too. I’m always keen to speak to users.
